If you don’t receive an email receipt soon after completing your payment, please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If the emails aren’t there, wait a few minutes and look again (there may be a delay notifying us of a completed payment if our payment processor’s servers are very busy).
Be sure that you signed up with the same email address that you use for payments, or our payment processor may not be able to match your login details with your payment details.
If it has been more than 30 minutes, there may have been a problem with your payment completing. Please log in to your your PayPal account to confirm that your payment went through, or check with your credit card issuer to confirm that a charge has been made. Then contact us with your payment confirmation and we will gladly update your account.
