Your account confirmation email is triggered when our system receives your payment confirmation generated by our payment processor. This typically happens the moment your payment is approved.

If you don’t receive your account confirmation email soon after completing your payment, please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If the emails aren’t there, wait a few minutes and look again (there may be a delay notifying us of a completed payment if our payment processor’s servers are very busy).

If it has been more than 30 minutes, there may have been a problem with your payment completing. Please log in to your your PayPal account to confirm that your payment went through, or check with your credit card issuer to confirm that a charge has been made. Then contact us with your payment confirmation and we will manually send your confirmation email.
